Todd played in the drawn Challenge Cup match against Albert Park at Royal Park.

1870 July 23
The Argus has Todd named in the Carlton side to play Albert Park at Albert Park.

1871 27th. May
Todd scored one goal in the 2-0 win over Geelong at Geelong.
Carlton suffered the absence of eight players and were reduced to play 15 men in this game.

1871 June 24
Todd named in Carlton squad to play Collingwood* at Royal Park.

The Argus mentions that an Alf Todd and his brother Harry Todd played for Hotham Hill in the 1870's - 1880's, same players?
