State Savings Bank (SSB) - Little League 1968 Season
The 1968 SSB Little League's season began on Saturday, May 25th (Round 7 of the seniors), and it concluded with the Grand Final on 31st August (Round 22 of the seniors).
Only 10 clubs fielded teams during the 2nd season of the Little League, Magpies (Collingwood) and Hawks (Hawthorn) being the only two clubs who had elected not to field a team. This was the Swans (South Melbourne's) first year in the Little League, after a 9-team first season in 1967.
